About the Artwork

Every artwork available on this website begins as an original hand-painted watercolor illustration created by Nimisha Khandelwal.

Original artworks are individually painted by hand, while limited edition fine art prints are professionally reproduced from these original paintings.

Due to the handmade nature of watercolor, slight variations in texture, paper surface and natural characteristics are part of the artwork and should not be considered defects.

Product Information

Every effort has been made to display colours and artwork as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile device or screen settings.

The dimensions mentioned on each product page refer to the overall paper size, not the size of the painted botanical illustration itself.

White space around the artwork is an intentional part of the composition and my artistic style.

Frames, props and styling accessories shown in product photographs are for display purposes only unless otherwise mentioned.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on this website are displayed in the selected currency.

Orders are processed only after successful payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.

Original Artwork

Each original artwork is one of a kind.

Once sold, an original artwork will not be recreated as another original painting.

Unless specifically stated, purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Limited Edition Fine Art Prints

Limited edition prints are produced in strictly limited quantities as mentioned on each artwork page.

For editions marked as Limited Edition of 50, no more than fifty prints of that edition and size will be produced.

Each print is:

• Printed to order
• Individually inspected before dispatch
• Hand-signed by the artist
• Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, paintings, illustrations, photographs, product images, website content, videos, tutorials, course material and written content remain the intellectual property of Nimisha Khandelwal unless otherwise stated.

The purchase of an artwork or print grants ownership of the physical artwork only.

It does not transfer copyright, licensing or reproduction rights.

Permitted Use

You are welcome to:

• Display the artwork in your home or personal workspace.
• Gift the artwork to another individual.
• Share photographs of the artwork on social media for personal use, with appropriate credit where possible.

Restricted Use

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce the artwork in any form.
• Scan or digitally copy the artwork.
• Create prints or reproductions.
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes.
• Produce stationery, greeting cards, notebooks, calendars, journals or planners using the artwork.
• Create merchandise including apparel, home décor products, textiles, wallpapers, phone cases, tote bags, mugs or similar products.
• Mint the artwork as NFTs or blockchain assets.
• License or sublicense the artwork.
• Upload high-resolution scans or digital copies online.
• Use the artwork, product images or educational material for training artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning models or image-generation systems without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of the artwork may constitute copyright infringement.

Educational Content

Any online courses, tutorials, downloadable resources or educational material purchased through this website are licensed for personal use only.

They may not be:

• Shared with others
• Uploaded to public platforms
• Copied or redistributed
• Resold
• Used to teach paid workshops based on the course content without written permission.

Availability

Every original artwork is available in limited quantity.

Availability is updated regularly; however, products may occasionally sell out before website inventory is refreshed.

In such cases, you will be contacted promptly with suitable options.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate product information and ensure safe delivery, Nimisha Khandelwal Art shall not be held responsible for delays or losses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather events or other unforeseen circumstances.
