Created for a workplace, this pair of artworks was commissioned to depict Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi—two revered deities often associated with wisdom, prosperity, and new beginnings.

The client wanted the pieces to feel both auspicious and contemporary, while remaining true to the essence of the deities. Inspired by traditional Vastu principles, shades of blue and green were chosen for Lord Ganesha, symbolising balance, growth, and positive energy, while warm reds and oranges were used for Goddess Lakshmi, reflecting abundance, prosperity, and vitality.

To create a sense of depth and presence, the deities were first illustrated in monochrome and then carefully layered onto richly painted backgrounds. This contrast allowed the figures to stand apart from their surroundings, drawing attention to their form while letting the colours represent the energy and symbolism associated with each deity. Delicate hand-painted details and intricate motifs completed the pieces, adding softness and refinement to the final artwork.

Designed for an office environment, the artworks were created to bring together spirituality, intention, and craftsmanship in a way that felt both meaningful and timeless.
